  • To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
  • To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
  • To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
  • To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Best decision auto wise!!! Henderson Auto unlike the Kia dealership in Beaverton, has: 1. Great customer service (Bryan & Katie) 2. They do what they say instead of over talking and holding your car with limited to no communication 3. They give you a detailed report on what is wrong before they proceed (by email & phone) 4. This is the BIGGEST ONE = they are fair on the charges/cost. Yes it cost but I have no experiences of them over charging. I will never return to the Beaverton Kia dealership! Henderson Auto for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
